"I've worked for Wagstaff, Inc. for almost 13 years. They are worldwide leaders in the aluminium industry.. Above and beyond customer service and innovation. Fair to their employee."
"I worked for Wagstaff for twelve years. I found them to good the employees. Wages and benefits were competitive. Over all management cared greatly for the condition of their employees. Most would go out of their way to ensure that the people working for them had any concerns heard. Upper management historically was very good at communicating corporate goals and how the goals would impact the work force. Employees were very empowered and encouraged to give input for process and product improvements as well as submit ideas for new products. No ones ideas or concerns were downplayed no matter what part of the company they worked in."
