"A lot of 'cliques' in the company made it stressful and full of drama at times."

"for the most part I was happy working at one location. upper management did not get involve with the account. the rest of the supervisor and I ran the shift very independent from Wackenhut"

"compensation. upper management usually lagged submitting paperwork. they often messed up in payroll. they also lagged with uniforms. health-care coverage was really expensive."
