"I loved the interaction with the costumers. I loved meeting the costumers for the first time helping the. I loved the fact that they wanted to keep the costumer service award they have received, so we all did what we had to as a team to make our costumers happy."

"Be yourself and pay attention to detail. Dealing with other people's assets is not a game."

What don't you like about working at Wachovia?

"I didn't like the fact that it was part time and the pay was so low. I managed though and learned a lot about banking and finance."

"Nothing major. We had some ups and downs in daily operation due to the work load being a number one loan center however, I love to work in a challenging environment where we create excellent outcome."
