"It was a great company to work for. I worked there for the past 21 years. It was like a family"

"I think when they do the displacements they should have helped the employees find a job close to what they were doing. (Salary price range)"

"My boss is the best ever. I had a caseload to investigate. I was not micromanaged and I conducted my investigations in a timely manner. I'm in Ca, my boss is in Florida. He had total trust in me."

"Wachovia Bank was purchased by Wells Fargo Bank."

"Just to thank them for the opportunity to work for them."

"I like the hard working people on my team. I enjoyed helping loan officers across the country and using their different styles to their advantage in increasing their production"

"Since it is Wells Fargo now. My advice is to find out what you can bring to the table and how you would fit with the culture. Be honest with yourself and the company. The worst thing to do would be to work for a company that you do not like. Enjoy yourself and thrive."

"They were bought by Wells Fargo. I do not like the communication channels. However, I really do not have any negative feelings about Wachovia."

"They should put experienced loan officers in bank branches that have compliance oriented managers to help them correctly take loan application. They should also be able to cross sell while building a referral base."

"stressful, they push us tooo hard and are very inflexible. Management is unavailable to say the least."
