"I liked everything about this company. I had to leave this job because I started college full-time."

"Should give more opportunity for growth within the company rather than hiring new people."

"I loved managing the whole team and having everyone work together to accomplish one goal."

"There isn't anything I can about Wachovia as I left when First Union changed their name."

"My previous manager here was not a people person. He did not converse with anyone that worked for him except his immediate direct reports."

"Ease up on the sales portion and concentrate on being an integral part of the community."

"permissions, privileges, system setup and system access took longer then accepted"

"having laptop ready with permissions, privileges and system access would greatly help new comer."

"I enjoyed working with the customers the most and the money was quite nice as well."

"This job was a very high stress sales job, when the economy fell it was very difficult to perform my tasks as the community had lost faith in the bank."

"I think the only thing that I could recommend is for the managers to understand that not all employees need to be driven the same way."

"The software was not the best design. A very large system designed in such a way can be a challenge."
