"Vylla is a sub-company of the larger title company, Carrington. Company culture was wonderful when I began in 2019. But slowly, monetary incentives, programs that fostered community, etc. were taken away. My job was outsourced, and I left after realizing that I was stagnate in the growth of knowledge about my position due to the shift of responsibilities."
