"Vyaire is a good place to work, They are struggling right now with the covid-19 emergency builds of ventilators in large numbers so the work load is high and stressful. They are also struggling with quality and regulatory compliance certifications on their legacy products. ."

"Vayire Medical is a privately held company. Management changes have been numerous over the last 5 years and there was a major change in their business model away from internal R&D of new products, to company acquisitions and development of their products. R&D engineering was reduced to 80% of their original work force. Management tends to over stress non-product improvement and internal process improvements such as MBO, TQM, Safety, rather than direct product design improvements and direct manufacturing product quality improvements."

"I had the privilege or working with very smart and dedicated individuals as part of a Core Team assembled together for a Traditional 510(k) and a COVID-19 Emergency 510(k) Ventilator Submission. Due to the dedication of the Team in providing to me the requested Reports and Documentation, we were able to file both 510(k)s in less than 3 weeks. The company has individuals who are happy to go beyond the call of duty."

"The company was good when it was Carefusion/Carefusion BD, everything went downhill once Vyaire took over the company. It's sad to see what happened there and to see the shift in the culture of the company once Vyaire took over. A lot of good employees were laid off and a lot of families were affected negatively by this take over. All promises were broken there."

"This company has gone through so many changes in the past few years. There doesn't seem to be a clear path forward as we are constantly seeing executive level changeover. We have continued to lose benefits and have others deferred. The headquarters for the company is also located in the mid west while R&D and MFG occurs solely on the West."
