"Awful"

What do you like about working at Volt Workforce Solutions?

"There was really nothing good about the experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes, don't do it...go through another agency, you will have a much better experience."

What don't you like about working at Volt Workforce Solutions?

"Terrible communication between Volt and the company that I was contracted to. Impossible to get in contact with my Volt representative. I was ignored by Volt as soon as I was placed on-site with the client and could not get things as simple as my health benefits set up for over a month with the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would say shut down your San Diego branch and restaff it with people who are actually competent. I could not find a single employee of Volt in San Diego who wasn't grossly unqualified to be representing a contract worker."
