What do you like about working at Vehicle Specialties?

"No one likes working at VSI because of the way they treat people. Morale is terrible and the incompetent president is the problem"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't stop looking for a job even if you accept one at VSI. They will lie to you about your wages, raises, benefits, and any other thing they think will get you to work here because they know that after a year or two without a raise you will then leave and they can hire another person for a low starting wage with thepromise of raises that never happen . Turnover at VSI is very high and morale very low."

What don't you like about working at Vehicle Specialties?

"The business has no direction, no plan, is unorganized, constantly double talks and basically lies to employees about everything"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire the president he doesn't do anything, is just there because he is owners friend. The sales manager is really the person that is keeping the company alive."
