"I was extremely successful there, so my feedback is positive."

"Their outsourcing strategy was done too quickly and in too hands off a manner from senior management. As a result things eventually collapsed and an awful lot of little guys took the fall."

What don't you like about working at Citi Cards?

"There are very few professionals in this organization. People just bring in their friends to work with them, and then they all do nothing beneficial to the company. Low moraleNo ethicsHorrible organization. Worked there for many years and really hated. Clearly the worst comparing to ALL other banks I worked for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change the management.Cut expenses, but not by not giving bonuses and benefits to low-mid salary employees."

"Worst company I've been witih, looking for work elsewhere. Owner won't manage, puts one or two ppl on top and allows them to make cuts that suffer the customer and employees to get instant payoff. great way to shut a company without cash down, this one has cash so just the people suffer."

"Learn from mistakes, customers require attention, where is the customer is always right ethics Large corporations tried central dispatch from remote locations 10 years ago and their stock fell to rock bottom. Why follow mistakes others have done"

"Highly micro managed and poor leadership, starting at the very top. Leadership is very slow to react and has very poor vision and seems to change on a daily basis."

"Change the management and develop a better culture....you'll attract (and keep) better employees. Learn how to train new employees. Your training program for new employees is a joke."
