"Lack of team work across departments. Poor technical infrastructure impedes go-to-market. Inadequate business decisions waste resources and opportunities. Unclear organization."

"Focus on key initiatives. Realign the organization. Buy competition to obtain distribution."

"Great opportunity if you are not in IT. All decisions are made in Zurich."

"Outsourcing is wrecking IT customer service and it is not realizing cost savings."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of managers proposing outsourcing as it is destroying IT customer service. Additionally, ensure that all ITIL processes have the ability to have humans intervene when process goes off the rails."

"People are nice and hard working. I like the enthusiasm people show when they accomplish something,especially given the lack of funds or leadership."

"Yes I do. DO NOT INTERVIEW for this company it is NO GOOD."
What don't you like about working at Wave2Wave Communications?
"As everyone seems to be saying, management is just awful. Offices are falling apart. Sneaky management, dont pay their bills (unless their personal bills), everyone is always fielding calls from unpaid vendors, constant outtages, backstabbing, untrustworthy. Fired over 150 people and filed bankruptcy-need I say more."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Bring in a whole new management team that cares about making money for a company not themselves. Go to 6 months of management training."

"You can make a difference as the Company is expanding its capabilities and building/updating its systems. Competence is rewarded. Co-workers are great and most everyone tries their best. There are a few complainers as there are everywhere. The company is also building systems to better identify, track, and address customer needs, experience, and plans. Everyone really cares about producing a great product. Overall, great potential and great teams."

"If you are looking for intellectually rewarding work, an opportunity to be part of a team, and an enthusiastic group of co-workers, come ready to talk about your strengths, past successes, and challenges you like."

"The facility is a bit old, but clean and safe. The HVAC can be tempermental."

"Keep up the strategy to be a best in class company by continuing to invest in talent and systems and in expecting accountability."
