"This was a very challenging job, as I was the first one to be able to forecast the market growth in a country that was the largest market in the world, and the fastest growing market, and yet, the market was highly protected by the gov't regulation, and the domestic policy. The accuracy of the market share forecast and the business growth forecast were extremely important, so the inventory is low enough to meet the working capital plan, and the delivery schedule can meet the customer construction schedules."
