"I would try to be yourself and show your personal side. It is not an office full of buttoned-up individuals, so just relax and demonstrate your personal skills."

"I honestly have nothing negative to say about my current employer but certain professional and personal circumstances have lead me to seeking employment elsewhere."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As I have said, the management at Atlantic Tele-Network is first class. I would not suggest that they change anything about how they conduct themselves professionally or on a personal level."
