"Overall I think voyage was a great company to work for filled with driven individuals who genuinely care very much about achieving the overall mission. That being said, management sometimes seems to want to go in a lot of different directions so down the comms chain goals get communicated incorrectly or there may be a lack of alignment in some areas which doesn't get cleared up."
