"I worked for an old supervisor as a contractor. The setting was good part time as I was finishing my masters and completing the most recent version of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I worked remotely from home and traveled 15%. The company is a great employer. My supervisor moved to another company and I decided to seek full time local work where I can have a more physical presence and be more of a contributor for the overall company successes."

"I was asked to be promoted to our corporate offices in Minninsota, that is when I started HGM. Hind sight is 20/20"
