"Be truthful, transparent and loyal to them while interviewed, as they are very genuine."

"Actually I really like the way of working with transparent environments, but I don't like HR Policies."

"We should have more strong HR base in our organisation to secure more organised way of doing things."

"Pay is good, work is challenging. Office is well lit, and my commute is short (15-20 min)."

"They will eventually hire contractors if you stick around long enough (3 or 4 years). Until then you have to stick it out."

What don't you like about working at Volvo?

"Being a contractor sucks. Health benefits and vacations are low."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more people direct. People who have a vested interest are more likely to stick around. People who stick around anyway either have other reasons for being there (family, home, etc.) or they are not ambitious enough to find another job."
