"I liked the people the most. Down to earth fun group with combined expertise and knowledge to address issues consistantly. HDI certified"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself, dress to impress. The people working here are just as human as you. I just wish I could say that about all the Auto Industry companies but the fact is GM/Chrystler don't even come close. If you get your foot in the door. You will feel like part of the family and not paycheck #53454."

What don't you like about working at Volkswagen?

"My contract ending. I really enjoyed working for this company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to show they care more about their exmployees which will translate into a more efficient workforce on the IT helpdesk. They did not do this enough in my opinion."

"It's a fast paced job. I worked surrounded by competent people. The facility was amazing (1 billion dollar investment). As any big company, there were so many thing to be improved."

"It is a great place to work. It will require an extra commitment, but it's worth it."

"Sometimes they were a bit extreme on cutting costs. They did not buy enough pens! Everyone had to bring his own pen. Little things like that. They did not invest on employee training AT ALL."

"Invest on employment training. Create a channel where employees can give suggestions."
