"keep up the great enjoyment we have at work and the beautiful building we have to come to work at"

"I liked the people the most. Down to earth fun group with combined expertise and knowledge to address issues consistantly. HDI certified"

"Be yourself, dress to impress. The people working here are just as human as you. I just wish I could say that about all the Auto Industry companies but the fact is GM/Chrystler don't even come close. If you get your foot in the door. You will feel like part of the family and not paycheck #53454."

What don't you like about working at Volkswagen?

"My contract ending. I really enjoyed working for this company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to show they care more about their exmployees which will translate into a more efficient workforce on the IT helpdesk. They did not do this enough in my opinion."

"Open door, You could leave and come back as long as you get your job done and put your hours in and meet your sales goals."

"Don't take someone elses sales. Sell to your customers and not to someone else."

"There training at the corporate center too to much time and didn't seems to add up to anything."

"Lead your sales force and not sit back and wait for them to screw up until you get involved."

"I got to drive exciting automobiles, and present them to interesting people."

"Don't! There are better places to work. Car sales is unrewarding."

What don't you like about working at Volkswagen?

"After I was injured on the job, and heavily medicated, I was let go for not selling enough."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would implement more training programmes beyond the product modules."

What do you like about working at Volkswagen?

"It's a fast paced job. I worked surrounded by competent people. The facility was amazing (1 billion dollar investment). As any big company, there were so many thing to be improved."

"It is a great place to work. It will require an extra commitment, but it's worth it."

What don't you like about working at Volkswagen?

"Sometimes they were a bit extreme on cutting costs. They did not buy enough pens! Everyone had to bring his own pen. Little things like that. They did not invest on employee training AT ALL."

"Invest on employment training. Create a channel where employees can give suggestions."

"Doing what I love to do as a hobby is great. Fixing concerns that customers have and they appreciate it worth it."

"As long as you have a technical background you should be fine."

"The politics of the company and the atmosphere was segregated by departments."

"Treat your workers better and don't segregate within department and share the rewards together and not choose who gets it."

"First, the atmosphere. everyone was friendly and helped teach me something. Second, the technology that VW posses is very impressive."

"VW is very large. I feel as an employee there you could get lost."

"I do not have any. VW is doing very well."

"Make sure your willing to work 12 hrs and no weekends off"

"moody co-workers, difficult customers,doing work because someone else does not want to."

"be more even tempered and professional. Weall have to work together so have fun doing it."

"There was a very small business development center and no growth potential"
