"I've worked for the VMC Group for 3 years. It is a great place to start your career but not a stable enough place to stay for more than 3-5 years. There is no room for any true professional development. No room for growth. No recognition for a job well done unless you are in the upper management's inner circle. This company does not invest in its workers or promote from within. Higher level positions are outsourced, although there are clearly senior level members who are capable of those positions."
