"Amazing company to work for based on culture and compensation. If you are looking for a sales role then look no further as they will train you and give you the tools and confidence necessary to make your door pitch. Beats cold calling any day in my opinion, but the two go hand in hand to create an effective salesperson. Would recommend this position and company to anyone who is looking to get into the Energy industry."

"I have worked at Vivint Solar as a sales consultant part time since Feb of 2018. My day job is as an electrical engineer and patent agent but I am a big advocate of renewable energy. In short the company is always improving and while facing growing pains, it has a heart in the right place and is working to do its best. One of the coolest places to work as management is pretty flat and your success is pretty directly proportional to your work ethic."

"I worked at vivint solar for two months and I really like working there. What I did was I worked on daily auditing skills and then I would check emails to see what I needed to get done for the day. Later on I would set up the schedule to when the forman would go out to install the panels. I would also call the clients to confirm their appointments for the install."

"Overall a good place to work. The benefits are much better than my last company, and the culture is as well. Making their employees happy is clearly important to them, and they do a lot more for their employees than other companies that I've worked for. I really like almost everyone on the team I work with - a very intelligent group of people who help you succeed. The company/product is very complex, and sometimes the systems aren't what we need to get the job, done, would be my only complaint."

"Vivint Solar is growing quickly and provides a fun and creative work environment for its employees. The management is nimble and switches directions quickly. The expectations of employees are on par. One downside is the corporate office which is 200+ employees over building capacity. Oftentimes, the noise and fun level is a little high. I would recommend working at this company."

"I worked for Vivint Solar as a Sales Manager for about 7 months and I find the company t be very reputable and profitable but with limited door to door sales it can be a definite challenge to bring in consistent cash flow, regardless the training and resources are extremely helpful and have helped me learn so much in a very short amount of time."
