"It’s a great company to get your feet wet as a Sales Representative, but I also feel like it’s the Army version of a medical sales Representative. The pay is average, the commission structure is not great, and you’re definitely working over 40 hours a week when it comes to administrative work, sales calls, and outside business hours work events. Plus most expenses are paid up front, no company card. If you’re single, and never been a medical sales Representative then this is a great company to start with where you can really prepare yourself as a great representative!"

The nurses, the management and then about six months ago about a year ago they got a new general manager for the financial side in about six months ago they got a new general manager for the clinical side and things have declined -from their micro management -to corporate totally corporate ways and feel. I have seen so many great great team nurses and great managers step out of the way in the last year due to management new management. In the past with my immediate supervisor team later I would’ve had excellent comments with all the changes there’s nothing to say but to go get a new job"

NO shift differentials. Salaries have been frozen a couple of times and currently frozen until further notice (NO INFLATION ADJUSTMENT). The benefits package sucks! Insurance for family is just unplayable. Retirement plan has barely a tiny match. It has a standard PTO. CEO compensation for 2012 = $2,162,222.00."
