"I've worked for Vistar since August of 2019. The companies morale was always very positive and one of the biggest reasons I wanted to be a part of their team. The only area that really showed an opportunity for improvement would be the level of clear and updated communication to middle management."
"An organization that is set in its ways. Vistar is an old company and their culture reflects it. While Vistar might say it’s a progressive company, it’s actions certainly don’t show this. The work is not challenging and the environment becomes political quickly. I’d consider it a typical large business with typical large business problems."
