"Some last minute changes, like course cancellation due to low enrollment"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Some basic compensation for preparing a course shell, even if sa course is cancelled (This needs a corporate policy decision)"

"Some outdated curriculum in course shells. Access to electronic resources for students often impairs value."

"Solicit Faculty for curriculum updates periodically. Sit in on classes and rate frequently"

"MTSU is popular with students and located in a nice mid-sized town, Murfreesboro, TN."

"The College of Mass Communication and the Library are among the most uplifting institutions on campus, to work for."
What don't you like about working at Middle Tennessee State University?
"MTSU is held back by leadership that though very efficient is narrow-minded in matters of personality and culture. The result if a somewhat poisonous atmosphere, among staff/faculty."

"The President is efficient, but it is time for him to move on."
