"I worked for VISA for 2 years, and was released due to performance issues due to an illness/parasite. Even though I was improving, they did not allow me to have a chance to regain my job or reprove to them that I was a top performer.The work environment was dog-eat-dog, there was back-stabbing as well as issues with management that could not be resolved. I was not the only one that said these issues existed, and my manager was fired a few weeks after I left. It is a very political environment."
