"If you're not a single adult with lots of free time, then don't. 10 hour days, 5 days a week and being on call 24/7 in case of emergencies is a bit excessive otherwise."

"I don't like the cold, impersonal way in which some issues are dealt with or the lack of a clear sense of direction and leadership."
