Vince Employee

"I have worked for Vince for about two years. For a retail job this is the best one I have ever had. The stores are small, but they definitely get a lot of clients and product. The commission is good if you're a good sales person, you get discounts on clothing and clothing allowance since you have to wear Vince as your work uniform. Employees are friendly in all stores I have talked to. My personal team is great. It is definitely a good high end retail brand to work for, especially if you wish your career path to be in retail. However the company should really try to improve their system, and internet."
