"I worked with the View for 2 1/2 years. Originally hired as a full-time contracted worked and was promoted this past January to full-time employee. Unfortunately, due to covid, they released most of their Milpitas engineering staff and maintained the India staffed team. I really enjoyed my time employed by the View Inc. The culture environment within engineering and development, domestically and internationally, exceeded all expectations and is dearly missed."

"The work was interesting in terms of the research prospects. I was leading a team of 5 engineers which was an exceptional team. There were some fabrication engineering challenges to the longevity of the product however these were quickly overcome. The overall work culture was very good. There were plentiful mentoring opportunities available with the senior management."

"It's a start-up company that is poorly organized by an autocratic manager that takes pride in letting everyone know that his way is the only way that is acceptable and your ideas will be put down in front of peers to prove how superior he is. You will be on a short leash and your project (in addition to all the projects there) will be behind schedule because your idea will be inferior to his so you will be constantly starting over and over."
