"The hours can be tough, but I'm not someone who wants a strict work-life balance. I love my job, I love telling stories visually, and I can't imagine doing anything else. Work is a big part of my life, and I like it that way."

What do you like about working at N.E.W. Customer Service?
"I appreciated the amount of autonomy I was given on the video projects I was assigned, and I was blessed to be working under a manager who had been in the business for over 20 years. He gave me many pointers to hone my skills."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Apply through LinkedIn, that made the process very easy for me."
What don't you like about working at N.E.W. Customer Service?
"I did not enjoy the solitary nature of the position. I could sometimes go an entire day without interacting with another co-worker. Though I enjoyed the accommodations that were afforded me (I had an office with very up-to-date equipment) my location in the building was such that I saw very few people from day to day."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To be clear when describing jobs I am to complete, to give both criticism and praise when appropriate, and to be patient with requests."
What do you like about working at SPARK?
"I love working for educational companies, and fighting childhood obesity feels particularly rewarding. Good culture and co-workers, and a lot of creative freedom."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It's a great place to work in many ways...being committed to helping kids and fighting childhood obesity is key."
What don't you like about working at SPARK?
"Limited growth potential, and since we are at the whims of a larger corporate owner who has had a rough 3 years, our salaries have been frozen and 4-weeks of furloughs instituted the past several years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stay the course within SPARK, as the product and message we're providing is great."
