Video Game Technologies Employee

"VGT is an awesome company experiencing the growing pains that come with rapid growth. Year after year, the company's financials improve. However, VGT has gone through a lot of transitions that have caused some steps back in terms of culture. VGT is building up and so currently the environment is noisy. VGT has a very honest culture for listening to complaints and a very slow speed at which it reacts. As it continues to settle into its maturing self, I expect that to improve."
