"I worked at Victory engineering, I wasn’t really happy with the way the company was ran. At times the staff where very unprofessional, the work wasn’t getting done correctly and on time. The owner of the company was constantly telling the employees that they need to cut corners and work faster, which in theory isn’t always the best thing due to cutting corners doesn’t always solve solutions. At the end of the day it wasn’t a horrible company just needs some done tuning and a more professional staff."
