"Managers always compete for credit cards, pressure from supervisors and not making a mistake, or else have an angry customer, no hours to make $300 $400 check."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be flexible, give hours that are consistent but that's any retail job sadly, and give support to employees."

"I would suggest that you have an open availability to work and only need a part time paycheck."

"I am not able to use my abilities is areas like creative development. I would donate more time to my work, but the company only lets me work part time."

"I would suggest having a more appropriate schedule that has regular shifts for employees."
