"The challenge of bring part of an organization with the reputation of being the leader in retail management. Worked with a great team led by Senior Creative Director, Zo Bjorgensen. This team was responsible for creative theme alignment and integration. I learned a lot about web site research and creatively incorporating into the web site, etc."

"As with any interview, be yourself, be prepared by doing some research; be as knowledgeable as you can about the position you are applying for."

What don't you like about working at Victoria's Secret?

"I really enjoyed everything about the organization and really enjoyed working with the creative photoshop artists. If I had to nitpick I would mention that I did not get the opportunity to network with the senior executives."

"I would have liked to have the opportunity to meet with the senior executives and learn more about the company's corporate culture."

"Make your employees feel needed and wanted, instead of belittling them. Make suggestions to upper management to provide some sort of benefit package for part time employees (they do most of the work)."

"At first I loved the job. Over three years I had 4 different district managers. The turnover was high!!! The district managers also lacked respect for their store managers and the work life balance was horrible."

"The pay was extremely low."

"My suggestion for management to explain that customers should often try building a rapport with potential customers. Being rushed up to and pressured to buy products can be a nasty turn off. Instead, take a moment to find the customer's interests. This knowledge, along with adequate product knowledge and application, will allow employees to make better suggestions on purchases."
