"One of the most difficult things about Victoria's Secret was the amount of hours that fellow employees would ask to be filled if they could not make their shift. However, the others were not as willing to take on more shifts, there were only two or three people that were really dependable as far as taking extra shifts."

"Schedule more people than you think you would need in case someone does call in sick."

"There wasn't any one thing I disliked. I would say there were some challenges but this was expected as the store policy is that stores were competing for hours and as a part time employee this often meant that I could stand to lose hours if sales were down in the morning."

"Continue to provide sales training, it is helpful and as a company you are on target with your customer base."
