"I would definately research the role and pay if you low ball yourself they will let you do it. They have no reguard for a work life balance nor consistency for the clients. The commutes and locations you are sent to are not worth the pay to commute gas and travel time. Most hours a week are like 20 hours. If schedule for a double scheduling is not done well you are given 30 minutes to drive an hour or more away. The best part of the job is the clients, and helping someone else. Thats the only thing that keeps me around."
