"I've worked at Vibe Hcm for the last 5 and a half years, starting as a software engineer intern in my last semester of college when they were previously called ECI. The company delivers an all-in-one SaaS human resources and payroll suite that facilitates a social media style platform for employees to engage in their coworkers and employer. Overall my experience there has been a good one, lots of learning opportunities but sometimes compensation and growth within the company can feel pretty stagnant. The company is slated to close down during the summer of 2022."
"I started with Vibe in August 2019. The workplace is very friendly and management is very open to all feedback. The company is on the right track with its HCM product taking on the big boys. Product support was challenging sometimes due to limited resources but the team was very engaged with each other and always had each other's back."
"I've worked for VibeHCM for over 4 Years. I have had 3 leaders in those 4 short years, and I have seen this company grow and change! Despite challenges, I have always been set up for success with resources, support, and training. The culture is very much one I thrive in. Energetic and collaborative! I think being apart of a cohesive organization is one of the most important things in ones career. This company certainly has it!"
