What do you like about working at ViaCord?

"It's offering a service to people to actually improve lives. The company has compassion for the families we work for and there is a lot of passion that goes into everyone's work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I think it is a great company and a great way to start out your sales career. Everyone has to start somewhere to gain sales experience, especially in the biotech/medical field. I think that gaining this experience has been great for me and I know it could help others get to where they want to be."

What don't you like about working at ViaCord?

"There isn't a ton of room for growth. Growth was one of my concerns coming to this company. I asked solely because while interviewing it was my goal to obtain an outside sales position after putting in my time. After being at the company for over 2 years I have found that not only within my role but many others that there isn't a lot of room for growth. I wish they paid more attention to employees concerns."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I wish that management listened to our ideas and thoughts more. There are always new ways to improve service, business, and talent and I wish we an opportunity to have our voice be heard."
