"I worked for this company for many years, but they have a high turnover rate and low pay, and no raises for years was common. Short on staff was also common to save money. And management is rude at McLean Blvd in Wichita, Kansas. It is a mean girl high school mentality there. Management bullies workers there. The high rate of people quitting should tell the corporate something, workers are treated bad here. Treated unfair. They play favorites here, complain to employees a lot. They do not appreciate workers here. They only listen to managers or their pets. Only care about money. Micro managing adults like they are kids. Getting mad at employees, speaking down to them in front of even visitors."
"Do not work here. They like to cut hours and run short staffed. High turnover rate because of bad management. They micro manage you, treat employees bad. They bully people, complain to employees a lot, low pay, employees are not appreciated unless you are a pet of theirs. Too much stress at this place. No raises for years. They make you do more work to help out their favorites or help out lazy directors who go take 2 hour lunches. They treat you mean here."
