"It is hard to transfer out of your work location. They would not transfer me to Florida because the North does not make transfers to the South. Ridiculous."

"Help employees trying to get at a different location, instead of losing good employees to other companies and then having to hire new employees and train them all over again."

"When you have a qualified employee with experience and and education requirement, help them with the promotion so they will not go to a new company, and you lose a qualified employer."
