What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?

"It turned out not to be a very stable company. I saw email after email after email of executive management restructure. Then I got laid off after only 18 months. Verizon laid off 8,000 people. I was one of them. I was told my office was too small to support an employee there, even though they had at least one person there since it opened, about 15 years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Senior management is very disconnected with the needs of the workers."
