What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?

"Verizon constantly shipped jobs across the seas, as work is cheaper there. It created a feeling of wondering if my job would go over there, in which case it ended up doing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The direct management is great. I wouldn't change a thing. Upper management seems to be hurting the company by sending jobs overseas. I think this may come back to hurt them."
