"They use the star format and don't care about previous experience and awards from other companies."

"They are not flexible with schedules, and there is no advancement for degreed employees. Verizon will pay 8,000 per year for education in any area, but will not promote internally with a degree, They advance select employees whom they educate and train in their own way and not with a degree."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Promote from within with all the degreed employees, and get your return on your investment of education."
