"The management model is based on military standards, as the size of the operations would justify. Therefore, a disciplined approach to the work and execution of the task is appreciated."

"I worked there for 15 years. Retrospectively, I probably should have worked there my whole life. But through the need to develop, a choice was made to explore other opportunities."
