It seems once you’re in wireless you aren’t able to move in other parts of the company which seems unrealistic. From my experience, Favoritism is in place for you to move. My own HR told me it’s hard getting into any other department when you start in wireless. Wish I started elsewhere before I gave almost 6 years with expectations of growing with the company."

The pay has been reduced since we started and work has been increased for everyone when we cut down valuable positions. The benefits and 401k were great but the work-life balance was terrible."
