"I was with Velcro for 23 years. At the beginning, it was a great place to work and fun. The management cared about its employees and never had a layoff. Then management started to change and layoffs became a normal thing. Management stopped caring about its employees and only about the mighty dollar. The only ones that were taken care of at the company was the executives and board of directors."
