"Vecna is a very interesting place to work, the company has a lot of a upside with some very intelligent people and a decent market position. However it often feels more like a college then a company and the CEO is a bit heavy handed in steering design efforts to what he feels is the right way, rather than trusting his employees."
"Vecna is not the company that it pretends to be. Vecna will make claims that just turn out to not be true such as having an excellent compensation package (not very competitive, salary increases never occur, and profit sharing is quite small) and having a great work space (space is very tight and it gets extremely tight during times of rapid hiring). Dissatisfaction is exemplified by the high turnover of about 20% per year. If you have options, go elsewhere."
