The vdR Group Employee

"I've worked at the The vdR Group for about 6 years. Thus far, it's been a very positive experience. The company has recently undergone a number of changes that have improved that growth opportunities with-in the organization as well as the compensation. The managers and co-workers are friendly, smart, hard working and eager to solve problems together. The only drawback is the work environment which I'd describe as adequate, but nothing over the top."

"I worked here for 4 years. I enjoyed the people I worked with a lot and the owner of the company is great. Management will micro-manage how the code is written and not allow you to simply design the code using your skills."

"The company overall is a good place to work. It is lay back and you are given the opportunity to grow in your position. The main drawback is that there are individuals there that harbor bigoted views that the company refuses to do anything about."
