A particular Board Member is hostile, caustic and harasses employees of the company. Additionally, this board member is being sued by an employee of his former company, Tinder, for sexual harassment and assault. The Chief Legal Officer habitually attacked employees during conference calls, emails and personal calls. Several groups in the company have complained to HR and Compliance Departments about hostile working conditions and harassment. HR has refused to take any appropriate steps to correct these actions.
