"Very bad environment to work in. I won't say any more as it will give away my position but suffice to say, no teamwork between departments, unwillingness to embrace change, and a poorly designed product to begin with. There are also some top management personnel that have no idea how to be strong leaders and/or team players. Confrontation seems to be the normal way they like to do things, as opposed to fostering good working relationships and team work."

"I really have enjoyed working at VaulLogix. No real issues with working here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think it would be great to have monthly employee status meetings where the management team provides updates of key accomplishments and efforts toward overall goals."

"Some of my coworkers were great people who I would work with again."

"I would not recommend working here to anyone. It was the worse job I've ever had."

"Paranoid, micro-managing exective team with little to no vision or leadership."

"The investors should replace the CEO, or sell to another company."
