"I worked for Vantiv for almost 4 years. (2.5 of which was at NPC before Vantiv took over). Recognition was few and far between. I was asked to take on new responsibilities and promised there would be some compensation. While given a nice bonus, I see a bonus as being rewarded for going above and beyond. A pay raise is recognition that you are contributing regularly. After the "reorg" I was given a new title, but no compensation. It took resigning to be offered the pay I thought I deserved."

"Too many people that keep important information to themselves and too much red tape."

"Invest in your staff and improve your processes. Cutting corners is a short term fix."

"It's a great JOB. JOB. If you are a growth oriented person, might not be the right fit. Not a lot of moving and shaking."

"Not much room for career growth at remote locations, a lot of time focused on large group meetings that often do not resolve the challenge at hand."

"I would focus a lot more on career pathing talented employees."

"Projects are never planned well enough. Too much allowance granted to users to dictate the direction of IT projects."
