"I work for Vantiv in System Area and the management in the area is completely lost, I believe is missing some management as PMO to take control of all the vendors and projects. With that the company can be the best."
"I've worked for Vantiv for 4 years. The people are excellent, the management solid, and the environment was great."
"I worked for Vantiv for almost 4 years. (2.5 of which was at NPC before Vantiv took over). Recognition was few and far between. I was asked to take on new responsibilities and promised there would be some compensation. While given a nice bonus, I see a bonus as being rewarded for going above and beyond. A pay raise is recognition that you are contributing regularly. After the "reorg" I was given a new title, but no compensation. It took resigning to be offered the pay I thought I deserved."
"Disappointed, not what I expected. Company growth is slowing and a lot of work is being outsourced."
"One deep and no support"
