What do you like about working at Vantage Place?
"The money and being able to work on my own with little to no supervision. Also, I really liked a few of my coworkers. They were helpful and understanding."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be ready for all the chaos, unhappiness and drama. Don't just be wary of the residents. This is not the kind of job you will be happy to have, but it may pay the bills."
What don't you like about working at Vantage Place?
"I did not like working around so many people. I also did not like working in such a small space. I never knew what I was going to get with the residents and certain ones made me HATE coming to work. I missed my son and family during the 12 hour shifts. Although the job was in walking distance, I HATED getting up so early in the morning. I hated my job being so close to my house because that eliminated most excuses for not coming to work. I worked with mainly women who were two faced. I just dreaded coming to work in general."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would be much less uptight. I would try to be more available to my employees. I would make sure to be knowledgable. I would be kind in my criticisms."
