Vanguard Reimbursement Services Employee

"Company appears to be all good in the beginning, but employees are so bombarded with applications, etc, and overworked that they don't have time to help all their customers to completion. Employees also don't seem happy because they are not respected by the management. Lack of employee respect from their management trickles down to the customer who feels the brunt of a bad run company. Company states "professionalism is a must" in their job description but continually treats their employees with a lack of professionalism. Management talks down to their employees, doesn't pay them for hours worked over, even if it is 10 mins working over due to a phone call. Management refuses to pay employees even 1 cent over 80 hrs for 2 weeks while knowing the work load is much greater than an 80 hr job. If employee has no choice but to work through lunch, the employer still refuses to pay anything over 80 hrs. Don't waste your time applying to a company who doesn't care about their employees and treats them like robots. Believe me you will not be happy!"
